Straight answers about Lifetime Pro pricing, updates, refunds, devices, and access.
What does lifetime mean?
It means access to the purchased Pro feature set for the supported lifetime of Extension Performance Monitor. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Are taxes included?
The checkout shows the total charged. Where applicable, included taxes are reflected in that amount.
Which currencies are supported?
Checkout is currently priced in USD. PayPal may display a conversion before approval when your funding source uses another currency.
Can I request a refund?
Eligible requests should be made within 14 days. Review the Refund Policy for conditions and exclusions.
Are updates included?
Maintenance, compatibility, security, and purchased-feature updates are included while the product remains supported.
What happens when I change devices?
Deactivate an old browser from License Management, then activate the new installation with the same private key.
Does Pro work offline?
Previously validated access can continue offline. Initial activation and license changes may require connectivity.
