Refund Policy
How to request a refund for a paid Chrome Extension Hub product.
Overview
Effective date: June 21, 2026
This policy applies to eligible purchases for any Chrome extension published through Chrome Extension Hub. It does not limit consumer rights that apply under the mandatory laws of your country.
Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. We generally approve refunds for duplicate charges, an activation or delivery failure we cannot resolve, or a core advertised feature that does not work on a supported browser configuration.
We may decline requests outside this period, for a license that has been revoked for fraud or misuse, or where the request is otherwise abusive. Any decision remains subject to mandatory consumer-protection law.
How to request a refund
Email support@extensions.fityra.app or use our Support page. Include the email address used at checkout, the purchase reference, the product name, and a short explanation of the issue. Do not send payment-card information or passwords.
Processing
We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and provide a decision within five business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original PayPal payment method. PayPal or your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
When a refund is issued, any associated paid license may be deactivated.
