Use the form below or email support@extensions.fityra.app. Support applies to every Fityra Chrome extension. We aim to respond within two business days. For a refund request, include your purchase reference and the email address used at checkout.

• Installation, activation, and extension functionality.
• Purchase confirmation, license recovery, and duplicate charges.
• Refund requests under our Refund Policy.
• Privacy questions, deletion requests, bug reports, and accessibility feedback.

For a technical issue, include the extension name and version, Chrome version, operating system, the steps that led to the issue, and any relevant error message or screenshot. Please do not include passwords, full payment details, calendar content, or other sensitive information.

To report a suspected security issue, email support@extensions.fityra.app with the subject “Security Report.” Please give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate before disclosing the issue publicly.
