Privacy Policy

How Fityra handles information across Chrome Extension Hub and its Chrome extensions.

Scope

Effective date: June 21, 2026

Fityra ("we," "us," or "our") operates Chrome Extension Hub and publishes Chrome extensions. This single policy covers this website, purchases, support requests, and the extensions listed below.

Information we collect

When you contact us or purchase a license, we may collect your name, email address, support message, purchase reference, payment status, product purchased, and license information. Payment details are processed by PayPal; we do not receive or store your payment-card or PayPal password information.

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising, behavioural profiling, or cross-site tracking.

Our Chrome extensions

This policy currently covers the following Chrome extensions:

  • Meeting Plane Reminder. When you choose to connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, the extension reads upcoming event details needed for reminders, including titles, start and end times, event identifiers, meeting links, calendar names, and the connected account's name and email address where supplied by the calendar provider. It also stores local reminder settings, reminder history, calendar connection state, and the authorization tokens required to maintain a connection.
  • Extension Permission Monitor. The extension reads installed-extension metadata and permission information so it can present a local permission review. It stores scans, settings, notes, history, and license status in Chrome's local storage. If you choose to activate a paid license, it sends the license key and fixed product identifiers to Fityra only for license validation; it does not send extension inventory or scan data.
  • Color Scheme Extractor. When you click the Analyze button, the extension temporarily reads the visual styles of the currently active browser tab, including colors, fonts, and CSS variables. This analysis runs entirely inside your browser. The extension stores the URL, page title, favicon, recent analysis history, settings, and favorite colors locally in Chrome storage so you can revisit results and keep preferences.

Color Scheme Extractor data

Color Scheme Extractor analyzes website colors only when you choose to run an analysis on the active tab. Page style information is processed locally on your device, is never sent to any external server, and is not stored beyond the analysis session except for the local history described below.

When you analyze a page, the URL, page title, and favicon of the active tab are stored locally as part of your analysis history so you can revisit previous results. The extension stores your settings and favorite colors in chrome.storage.sync and stores analysis history for the last 30 sites in chrome.storage.local.

Color Scheme Extractor does not collect personal information, browsing history beyond pages you explicitly analyze, analytics, telemetry, advertising identifiers, or data from third-party SDKs or trackers. No Color Scheme Extractor data is transmitted to Fityra or any external server.

Google Calendar data

Meeting Plane Reminder uses the Google Calendar read-only permission only after you choose to connect a Google Account. The extension uses Google Calendar data solely to show upcoming meeting reminders and meeting links in the extension interface.

Google Calendar event data, meeting links, calendar metadata, connected-account details, and Google OAuth tokens are stored in Chrome's extension storage on your device. Fityra does not receive, store, sell, share, transfer, or use Google Calendar data for advertising, analytics, behavioural profiling, credit decisions, or any purpose unrelated to Meeting Plane Reminder's user-facing reminder features.

We do not allow Fityra personnel or third parties to read your Google Calendar data, except if required by law, needed for security or abuse investigation, or only after you explicitly provide specific information to support for troubleshooting.

How we use information

  • Process purchases, issue and validate licenses, and prevent fraud.
  • Provide support, refunds, purchase recovery, and service notices.
  • Maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and improve the reliability of our services.

Extension data storage and sharing

Meeting Plane Reminder stores its calendar and reminder data locally in Chrome's extension storage. Fityra does not receive, store, sell, or share calendar events, meeting links, account information, reminder data, or authorization tokens. Google and Microsoft receive the authorization and API requests necessary to connect to their services.

Extension Permission Monitor processes extension data locally. Its optional license-validation request is limited to the license key and fixed product identifiers. The extension does not read browsing-history contents.

Color Scheme Extractor processes page styles locally. It uses Chrome's activeTab, scripting, storage, tabs, and host permissions to analyze the website you choose, inject the hover inspector, save settings and local history, and read the active tab's URL, title, and favicon.

These extensions do not use data for advertising, behavioural profiling, analytics, or a purpose unrelated to the extension's functionality.

Service providers and sharing

We share information only as needed to operate our services: PayPal processes payments, Supabase provides database infrastructure, and Resend delivers transactional email. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not share personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

Retention and security

We retain purchase, license, and support records only for as long as reasonably necessary for support, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Extension data remains on the user's device until removed through the extension, Chrome's extension settings, or uninstallation. We use HTTPS and access controls designed to protect the information we hold.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. To make a request, email support@extensions.fityra.app with the subject "Privacy Request."

Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will post the effective date above when we do. For privacy questions, contact support@extensions.fityra.app.
