Overview

Meeting Plane Reminder helps you avoid missing meetings by showing a readable animated reminder across your browser when a meeting is coming up.

Create manual reminders, connect Google Calendar or Outlook / Microsoft 365 Calendar, and see all upcoming meetings in one simple reminder list. When it is time to join, a clean banner appears on your current webpage with the meeting title, time, countdown, platform, and quick actions.

Meeting Plane Reminder is local-first. It does not use a developer-owned backend, analytics, ads, tracking, payments, or subscriptions. Reminders, settings, and cached calendar events are stored locally in your browser using Chrome storage. Calendar sync communicates only with Google or Microsoft APIs when you choose to connect those calendars.

alarms

Schedules reminder triggers at the user's selected reminder time.

tabs

Finds an active regular webpage so the reminder overlay can appear, and opens meeting links when the user chooses Join.

identity

Allows users to connect Google Calendar through Chrome's Identity API.
